There are two branches presently available, one in Kuala Ibai, Kuala Terengganu which acts as the head office whereas another one is in Paka, Dungun, Terengganu. Both centers also act as the Occupational Health Centers.

The operation of the company is managed by Dr. Samsuri Ismail. He can be contacted at drsam |at| ihsan.com. The managing director is Dr. Liwauddin Mohamad and he is also assisted by Executive Director Dr. Zainurin Abdullah. The Paka branch is managed by Dr. Muhamad Hafiz bin Johan Arifin.
